About Me
Once upon a time a library officer (since 2001) had aspirations of expanding her Storytime sessions into entertainment extravaganzas - stories, songs, imagination, puppets, dance, visualisation! Thus, LillyPilly Storyteller was born!
Donned in outrageous costume she took her shows far and wide to other libraries, schools, kindergartens, festivals, daycare centres ... the show was so much fun it was even perfect for parties!
Today, making a complete spectacle of herself in the name of literacy, her mission is complete when...
- ...a previously distracted toddler sits mesmerised for a length of time...
- ...a child is bursting in anticipation of their cue to join in...
- ...another's wild guffaws set the rest of the group off in laughter...
- ...a contented crowd curls up and drifts into the magic of a rainbow relaxation...
